Insurance Policy

  • We do not accept insurance.

  • Payment for service is collected at the time of your appointment.

  • We can provide you with the necessary documentation for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Confidentiality

  • We will not discuss any details of your treatment without your documented consent.

  • Confidentiality may be revoked if you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency.

Cancelation/No Show Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with more than a 24hr notice.

  • Cancelling, rescheduling or not showing up to your appointment within a 24hr window will lead to a full fee charge. 

  • For Monday appointments you must cancel by Friday at 5:00 PM (EST).

  • It's important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for canceled sessions.

Our Services

Prescription Refills

  • Medications will be prescribed during your visit and sufficient medications will be provided until your next scheduled appointment. If you are running low on medication before your scheduled appointment, please contact us for a refill.

  • Refills will not be provided for patients who are not in care or for those who do not have an appointment.
